We are proud to introduce Dr. Kambasha as a distinguished member of our board, bringing an exceptional blend of clinical expertise and educational leadership in dentistry. Dr. Kambasha’s educational journey began at the University of Detroit Mercy, majoring in Biology, followed by an enriching period at Howard University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Kambasha’s professional career is marked by significant contributions to dental practice and education. Beginning at 21st Century Dental, Dr. Kambasha spent seven years evaluating, diagnosing, and treating various dental and oral health needs. This role was further expanded at Essington Family Dental, where, since 2012, Doctor Kambasha has been offering comprehensive dental care, including oral surgery, implants, and orthodontics.

A pivotal role in Dr. Kambasha’s career has been the position of Clinical Director at Heartland Dental since 2016. In this capacity, Dr. Kambasha leads Doctor Leadership programs for over 400 new dentists annually, showcasing a commitment to nurturing the next generation of dental professionals. This role involves conducting leadership courses, mentoring, and developing educational pathways for new doctors, including overseeing their orientation programs.

Dr. Kambasha’s contributions include organizing over 50 live patient clinical courses each year collaborating with various vendors and laboratories. This experience highlights Dr. Kambasha’s ability to integrate clinical practice with educational initiatives, making him a valuable asset to our board.
